Maxine, Graham & Ashleigh Wrenn
Maxine has lived in and around Malvern for over 30 years and is often recognised by locals from her previous work in estate agency and banking.
Nowerdays, she is well known as the founder of The Land Girls, which she started in 2016, and is most often seen out and about with daughter Ashleigh in 'Rosie' (our little red van).
Maxine's cheerful, honest and caring nature is one of the reasons we have so many happy, regular, customers, many of whom have become friends over the years. Her dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction has been the driving force behind the business, which became a family Partnership in 2019.
Not being one to stand still for long, Maxine is now devoting her spare time to expanding the business by producing 'Cutting Flower' and 'Garden Craft' supplies from our home in Pickersleigh Road.
Maxine will normally be your first point of contact. While she can sometimes be reached by phone, using email or the contact form on this website is usually the best way of getting in touch - it's hard to answer the phone with gardening gloves on!

After a 35 year career in IT training, support & administration Graham 'left the office' to join Maxine and Ashleigh in the great outdoors.
Although not strictly a Land 'Girl' he wears the logo with pride - even if it does occasionally raise a few eyebrows!
Graham uses this previous experience to run the 'office' side of the business and is responsible for the accounts, the website and all administration of the Partnership.
When not 'doing the admin' or out working with Maxine & Ashleigh, he can be found in our own 300ft garden, tending the raised beds and three polytunnels where we are developing our new Cut Flower' business.

After completing her education Ashleigh attended Pershore College and became a 'Land Girl' in 2019. She's now a dedicated and hard working Partner in the business and is most often to be found working with Maxine and looking after our lovely customers.
Rosie - the little red van
Essential transport!
Rosie, our little red Ford Transit Connect has been with us since day one and is an essential and much loved part of our team.
She's kitted out with custom racking and carries all our tools from job to job.
Rosie is well known around Malvern and is a great ambassador for our business. She may be 'getting on a bit' but everyone knows her and we're not parting with her anytime soon!
